Texas King of Wind--
But then we knew that. LOL. Just kidding, I love Texas.
Texas is wind king, but Iowa breezes past Calif.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Texas continues to blow away the competition, but Iowa can now generate more wind power than California, according to a new industry report to be released Monday.
The Lone Star state's 7,118 megawatts dwarfs Iowa's 2,791 megawatts and California's 2,517 megawatts, but wind power has grown into a key part of the energy infrastructure in Minnesota and Iowa, where each state generates more than 7 percent of their electricity from turbines, the American Wind Energy Association study said.

End of America Video
I have blogged repeatedly that Naomi Wolf was a left wing nut job.
Interestingly, she put this video together about GW and Cheney. The scary part is it applies more today than a year ago. Plus the jr. admin. from IL has taken steps to make this government more totalitarian than any time in our history.

Confickr Strikes
My Problem may have been Confickr. As I said yesterday, we came up with a Kazaa and Peer to Peer in a Anti-Virus Alert.

Conficker wakes up, updates, drops payload

The Conficker worm is finally active, updating via peer-to-peer between infected computers and dropping a mystery payload on infected computers, Trend Micro said on Wednesday.
CNET’s Elinor Mills reports that researchers are analyzing the code of the software that is being dropped onto infected computers and suspect that it is a keystroke logger or some other program designed to steal data from the machine.
The software appeared to be a .sys component hiding behind a rootkit, which is software that is designed to hide the fact that a computer has been compromised, according to Trend Micro. The software is heavily encrypted, which makes code analysis difficult, the researchers said.
